You're Not Behind
The fear nobody says out loud, and why it's the wrong fear
Every discovery call I run starts the same way. Someone on the team is quietly worried AI is going to make their job disappear. Nobody says it out loud in the first meeting. But it's always in the room.
Here's what I've learned after sitting in a lot of those rooms: most of that fear isn't really about AI. It's about not understanding it. Being handed a tool, told to "figure it out," and never getting a straight answer about what it actually does. That's not a technology problem. That's an explanation problem.
And the loudest voices aren't helping. Half the internet says AI will replace you by Friday. The other half says it's all hype. Both are selling something. Neither is showing you the thing itself: what it does, where it's genuinely useful, where it falls flat.
That's what this newsletter is for. Plain, honest explanations of Claude, the AI tool I know best, at work and in your own life. No hype, no doom, no jargon. When something is impressive, I'll show you exactly why. When something doesn't work, I'll say so.
If you've barely touched Claude, start here. Don't ask it a trivia question. Make it come to you:
This flips the dynamic. Instead of you guessing what AI is for, it figures out where it fits your actual life.
Welcome aboard. Every Tuesday, one issue. You're going to be fine. Better than fine, actually.
